Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2025: An official notice for the positions of Local Bank Officer (LBO) has been released by Bank of Baroda (BOB). Essential Requirement
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited Indian institution in order to apply for this position. Candidates should also meet additional requirements, such as having a year of work experience at a commercial bank or a regional rural bank.
Age Restriction
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and no older than 30 to apply for the position of Local Bank Officer. The age restriction will be loosened for applicants, however. OBC applicants would get a three-year age limit relaxation, while those from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes will receive a five-year age restriction exemption.
Application Cost
The candidates’ application fee has also been set. The application price for SC/ST and female applicants is Rs 176, while the application fee for General, OBC, and EWS candidates is Rs 850.
Selection Process
Written, psychometric, and interview tests will be used to choose the candidates. Candidates will be given 120 multiple-choice questions for 120 marks in the written test covering English, banking, general/economic awareness, reasoning, and quantitative aptitude. Two hours has been set out for the written exam’s length. Students who pass the written test will be asked to participate in an interview or group discussion.
