Remote Night Shift: We are seeking dedicated Customer Service / Tech Support Representatives to work remotely during the night shift. In this role, you will assist customers through inbound and outbound calls or online communication, providing support, guidance, and solutions related to various tech products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a structured call-flow guide

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and tech products

  • Document, track, and retrieve information using internal systems

  • Maintain strong product knowledge across devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables

  • Offer product recommendations and additional services when appropriate

  • Deliver clear, friendly, and effective communication to ensure an excellent customer experience

  • Follow all company procedures and quality standards


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience

  • Technical support experience preferred

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Ability to work evening or overnight shifts

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

  • Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or similar technologies is a plus

  • Strong computer navigation skills

  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace

  • High-speed, wired internet connection (no hotspots or satellite)

  • A computer or laptop for testing; work equipment may be provided depending on the role

  • Must reside in the United States with valid work authorization
