An excellent opportunity is currently available for a full-time Junior Receptionist in the Cairns office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing professional front-desk support. The position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and organised office environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

The Junior Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and staff, managing incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and handling mail and electronic communications. Additional duties include preparing meeting rooms, supporting office operations, maintaining shared spaces such as the staff kitchen, and assisting with catering, stationery, and basic IT requirements. General administrative tasks are also part of the role, ensuring the office runs smoothly throughout the day. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional presentation, and a friendly, confident telephone manner. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and discretion when handling sensitive information are essential.
