RSSB Recruitment 2025: Notification issued for the posts of Lab Attendant, applications will start from tomorrow

RSSB Recruitment 2025: An advertisement for the position of laboratory operator (lab attendant) has been released by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB). This is a fantastic chance for you if you wish to work as a laboratory operator. The RSSB will hire 56 laboratory operator positions, of which 48 are set aside for non-scheduled areas and 6 are set up for scheduled areas. Tomorrow, July 11, is when the application process for these positions will begin. Interested and qualified applicants may apply online at rssb.rajasthan.gov.in, the official website. On August 8, candidates may apply until 11:59 p.m.

Application Cost

The application cost for this position is Rs 600 for general and OBC applicants and Rs 400 for OBC, EWS, OBC, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Divyang candidates from the state of Rajasthan.

Important Requirements & Age Limit

  • Candidates must have completed a recognized Indian board’s secondary exam in order to apply for this position. Candidates should also be familiar with Rajasthani culture and have worked with Hindi written in Devanagari script.
  • The applicant must be at least eighteen years old and no older than forty in order to apply.
  • Additionally, the age restriction for candidates will be loosened. The age restriction would be loosened for five years for women who are general category, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled, OBC, EWS, and permanent residents of the state of Rajasthan.
  • Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, OBC, EWS, and female permanent residents of the state of Rajasthan would be granted a ten-year age limit relaxation.

Selection Process

Written exams will be used to choose the candidates. 120 multiple-choice questions worth 200 points from the fields of Hindi, English, general knowledge, and mathematics will be asked of candidates in the written test. Two hours has been set aside for the examination’s length. Also, each incorrect response on the test will result in a one-third mark deduction.
