Dairy Farming Subsidy: The government of Madhya Pradesh has started a new program to boost farmers’ incomes and support animal husbandry. Scientists from the Central Goat Research Institute (CIRG), Mathura, claim that this approach lowers feed costs by allowing goats to devour the leftover fodder.
Goats in IFS are raised on organic feed, which results in entirely organic milk. Additionally, the meat from this is exportable and wholesome. Goats and hens dwell in separate sections of special iron mesh barns under this technique. In order to maximize room for both animals, the chickens enter the shed in the morning and the goats are brought out to graze.
