LIC Recruitment 2025: An official notice for the positions of Assistant Engineer and Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) has been released by the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). with those who want to work with LIC as AAOs or AEs, this is a fantastic chance. A total of 841 AAO and AE positions will be filled under the notice, with 81 positions designated for assistant engineers, 410 positions for assistant administrative officers (specialists), and 350 positions for assistant administrative officers (generalists). Maximum Age
Candidates must be at least 21 years old to apply for the position of Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO), and they must be at least 30 years old. Additionally, applicants in specific categories will be granted an age relaxation. For SC and ST candidates, the age restriction will be relaxed for five years; for OBC applicants, it will be relaxed for three years; and for Divyang candidates, it will be relaxed for ten years.
Essential Requirement
Candidates must be BE, BTech, and meet other qualifying requirements from any accredited Indian institution in order to apply for these positions.
How much money will be paid
The chosen applicants would get monthly salaries between Rs 88,635 and Rs 169,025.
Procedure for Selection
Candidates will be chosen based on their performance in the written and preliminary exams. 100 multiple-choice questions covering reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and English will be asked of applicants in the preliminary test. This test has a one-hour time limit and does not provide negative grading for incorrect answers. The candidates who pass this test will be invited to the main exam. The AAO (Generalist) main exam will consist of 120 questions worth 300 points. In addition, subject-related questions will be used to assess candidates in the main test for the positions of Assistant Engineer and AAO (Specialist).
