Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seeking potential business clients with the assistance of a manager or supervisor.
- Submitting claims to the system and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) when disbursing loans.
- Maintaining penalty ratios in accordance with organizational standards.
- Fulfilling customer requests and cross-selling other products to them under the supervision of a manager or supervisor.
- Ensuring compliance with all audit and RBI regulations, with the assistance of a manager or supervisor.
- Improving customer service experience and providing excellent customer service to applicants.
