Job Description

To improve engagement and sales, the chosen applicant will oversee and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, manage automated customer journeys, and analyze customer data. To match CRM activities with corporate objectives, you will collaborate closely with partnerships, marketing, sales, and other organizations.

Duties

• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud; keep thorough client records.
• Construct and enhance automated customer journeys, including follow-up, post-purchase, abandoned cart, loyalty, and onboarding.
• Use SQL to analyze customer data, segment it, and provide insights that may be put to use.
• Use Salesforce reporting tools to assess campaign performance and provide suggestions for raising KPIs.
• Verify adherence to Canadian privacy regulations (PIPEDA, CASL).
• Attend business functions as needed (holidays, weekends, and nights).
• Support CRM efforts by working with cross-functional teams.

Conditions:

• must have the legal right to live and work in Canada.
• French and English are two languages.
• two to four years of practical Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Automation Studio, Journey Builder) and Sales Cloud expertise.
• expertise in segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and email marketing.
• skill in SQL and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Tableau and data warehousing technologies is advantageous.
