Programme Manager job: For a top customer in the sector, Finstech Consulting is looking for a Program Manager to drive a major worldwide insurance broking technology project. This six-month contract position gives you the chance to spearhead the deployment of AI-powered automation features, optimize workflows, and drive business transformation globally. Strong stakeholder management, practical program delivery, and expertise implementing AI—especially in the insurance or financial services industry—are all necessary for the perfect applicant.

In order to guarantee smooth project execution under tight deadlines, the chosen candidate will be in charge of managing global teams remotely, supervising program governance, and advancing business and technological integration. Experience with commercial insurance is helpful, but not necessary. What matters most is the capacity to influence and establish reliable connections with top technology and business players. Hardware will be supplied, and the position may be located remotely, preferably within commuting distance of London or Ipswich.
Principal Duties
Describe the Program Scope: Clearly define success criteria for the automation deployment that match business and technical goals.
worldwide Stakeholder Engagement: Oversee the integration of new AI-driven processes by leading the worldwide cooperation of business and technical teams.
Program Governance: Ensure that business goals and operational delivery are balanced by managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables for effective implementation.
Adoption of Technology: Promote the adoption and integration of new artificial intelligence (AI) technologies while guaranteeing their smooth integration with current corporate procedures.
Remote Team Leadership: Oversee geographically scattered stakeholders and guarantee efficient team communication.
Change management: Keep an eye on stakeholder participation and communication throughout the international project rollout.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for the technical and business teams to address problems and guarantee alignment with overarching goals.
Essential Competencies & Qualifications: Demonstrated Program Management considerable expertise implementing complex, tech-driven transformation initiatives at major corporations.
Experience with AI and Automation: familiarity with AI-enabled technologies and knowledge of their commercial applications.
Stakeholder management: Excellent capacity to interact with and impact international, multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with Remote Teams: Capable of overseeing remote teams and facilitating communication between various locations.
