As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be embedded within Instant Impact’s partnership with this pioneering company. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, strengthening the employer brand, and building a scalable, data-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) system that aligns with the company’s growth goals.

  • Execute the TA strategy, ensuring a quick, effective, and engaging process for new requisitions.

  • Meet and exceed all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and targets.

  • Manage the hiring process, collaborating with the technical and Center of Excellence teams to handle high-volume roles.

3. Leading the Team:

  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring high standards and performance.

  • Foster skill development within the team, offering coaching and mentorship to build capability.

  • Contribute actively to Instant Impact’s internal community by sharing best practices, running training sessions, and embodying the company’s values.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive Recruitment Experience: Experience recruiting in the engineering sector, particularly in electrical, mechanical, or nuclear fields. You should have worked in niche technical roles.

  • People Development: A strong leader who can develop talent, provide coaching, and foster a supportive learning environment.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: You must be a world-class recruitment professional who builds strong, trusting relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Data-Driven: You are comfortable analyzing talent data and using reports to guide your decision-making and strategy improvement.

  • Strong Planning & Execution: Exceptional time management, planning, and prioritization skills are key to success in this role.

  • Adaptability to Technology: You’re enthusiastic about adopting new tools and technologies to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
