The Role: Manager, Marketing Partnerships Creative—Australia + SEA

 

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Creative Lead (10+ years) to lead the end-to-end creative development, design, and execution of all partnership campaigns and sales materials across Australia and Southeast Asia (SEA).

This role is critical for developing partner campaign positioning and strategy, creating marketing campaigns that inspire sharing, and ultimately driving new sign-ups to watch Netflix content.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the end-to-end creation and development of multiple concurrent campaigns.

  • Serve as the gatekeeper of the Netflix brand in all creative work with external partners (advertisers) and agencies.

  • Manage and partner with agencies to develop highly innovative and effective content-driven solutions that extend the brand and title marketing efforts.

  • Lead creative workshops, presentations, and briefings, and manage the feedback loop with partners.

  • Oversee and coordinate all creative sales enablement materials (presentations, video, social media content, activations/events, PR, etc.).

  • Lead project management and creative operations for Ad Industry Tentpole events.

  • Guard the usage and representation of the Netflix brand and titles in partner and ad creative.

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • THE BASICS: 10+ years of demonstrated track record in brand or consumer marketing at an advertising agency or in-house creative team. Experience in entertainment or creative ads marketing is a plus.

  • Market Expertise: Extensive experience in creative marketing communications in Australia and a deep understanding of cultural relevance in the market.

  • STRATEGIC PLANNING: Ability to scan data and consumer research to find partner and content insights and bridge them to create fertile ground for great ideas.

  • CREATIVE THINKER: A media-agnostic thinker who can ideate for any space and bring a fresh perspective to connecting people with culture, content, and brands.

  • CREATIVE LEADER: A strong storyteller who can shape and pitch creative concepts, leading the thought process with partners and agencies.

  • COMMUNICATION: Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
