  • Ensure quality, reliability, and a consistent user experience across all releases.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks, rendering challenges, memory leaks, and compatibility problems.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, memory management, async/multi-threading.

  • Experience in technical leadership: design reviews, mentoring, architectural decision-making.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • A user-centered mindset and passion for delivering polished, accessible user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, UI automation).

  • Knowledge of performance tuning—startup time, rendering, memory footprint, high DPI support.

  • Experience with localization, RTL support, and international accessibility standards.

  • Familiarity with telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, and logging frameworks.

  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines for desktop applications.

  • Ability to take long-term ownership of features, including refactoring and debt management.
