Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking candidates for roles as Farm Workers, Factory Workers, Hotel Staff, and Drivers. These positions are ideal for candidates willing to relocate, work in shifts, and adapt to dynamic work environments.
Monthly Income: 200,000 to 350,000 INR (converted at current exchange rates)
Contract Duration: 1-3 years, with possible extension
Accommodation & Meals: Provided by the employer
Roles and Responsibilities
For Farm & Factory Workers:
Perform day-to-day operations in agricultural fields or production lines.
Operate machinery and assist in manufacturing or farming processes.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.
Handle goods and materials with responsibility and care.
For Hotel Staff:
Manage housekeeping, guest handling, and other hospitality tasks.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and maintain high hygiene standards.
Assist in food and beverage service or reception duties as required.
For Drivers:
Safely operate vehicles as per company guidelines.
Transport goods or personnel efficiently and on time.
Maintain vehicles in proper working condition and ensure compliance with traffic regulations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Willingness to relocate internationally.
Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a physically demanding environment.
Strong sense of responsibility and endurance for farm and factory roles.
Valid driver’s license of the required category (for driving positions).
