The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure that health services operate smoothly on a daily basis. Work Location and Rotational Duties

This position is based within the East Kilbride Locality and involves working across multiple health centres. The postholder will cover reception desks on a rotational basis, ensuring consistent service standards at each location. Flexibility is an important part of the role, as duties may vary depending on service needs. In addition, the role includes occasional responsibility for covering the telephone referral line within Specialist Palliative Care Services, particularly during staff absences or periods of leave.
