Role Purpose
As an IELTS Invigilator at Perth, you will support the Test Centre to ensure exceptional service delivery and smooth operations in line with IELTS rules and regulations. The role involves coordination with the Test Centre team, managing customer enquiries, and assisting with pre-test, test day, and post-test activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Deliver outstanding service to all customers before, during, and after the test.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide advice on official IELTS preparation tools and IDP services.
Support clients from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team culture.
Operations Management
Manage test day activities, including registration and supervision of the test.
Prepare test day documents and update digital records.
Oversee the schedule of Speaking tests.
Handle secure and confidential materials responsibly.
Troubleshoot technical systems and ensure smooth test delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices in operations.
Quality and Compliance
Ensure all pre-test, test day, and post-test activities comply with IELTS standards.
Maintain secure and accurate data management.
Respond promptly to incidents or potential security risks.
Complete required training and policy acknowledgements.
