As a Ground Crew / Ramp Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient ground handling operations for Qantas flights operating across Australia and around the world. This role involves working outdoors, around aircraft, and handling baggage, cargo, and specialised ground service equipment while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Role Responsibilities
As a Ground Crew / Ramp Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
Loading and unloading customer baggage and cargo from aircraft
Transporting baggage safely between terminals and aircraft
Operating specialised ground service equipment and vehicles
Reading and interpreting aircraft loading manifests and routing tags
Identifying and handling hazardous materials according to safety regulations
Working safely in close proximity to aircraft and airside operations
Following all workplace health, safety, and OH&S guidelines
Supporting on-time departures through efficient ramp operations
Working effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment
