Key Responsibilities
Analyze and follow up on store Sales & Profit KPIs, taking action to maximize performance.
Ensure store execution consistently meets H&M brand standards using the Customer Audit Tool.
Lead recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for the store team.
Manage team performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and development plans.
Build a motivated, engaged, and inclusive team culture.
Secure best practice store operations in line with the Area plan and company policies.
