Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review customs documentation for import shipments
Process CAD entries in compliance with company policies and Canada Customs regulations
Correct rejected entries from Canada Customs
Coordinate with importers and CBSA for documentation during customs examinations
Close and complete files accurately and on time
Support the team by taking on additional duties as needed
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in Customs Brokerage
Strong understanding of the Customs Tariff
Experience with CargoWise (CW1) is an asset
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Works well independently and as part of a team
Authorized to work in Canada
