Key Leadership Position Within Staffing Services

According to the job posting, the successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Manager, Staffing Services, and serve as a primary contact for management teams on matters related to staff scheduling and timekeeping. Salary Range and Employment Details

Northern Health has listed the annual salary for the role between $76,111 and $95,138. Final compensation will depend on the selected candidate’s education, relevant experience, training background, and internal salary considerations for comparable positions.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Prince George, BC, and falls under the organization’s non-contract employee category.

Education and Experience Requirements

Applicants are expected to hold a Bachelor’s Degree along with three to five years of recent experience using computerized staff scheduling systems in a large and complex workplace environment. Supervisory experience within a unionized healthcare setting is also considered important for the role.

Candidates with an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience may also be considered.
