Position: PLM Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented PLM Sales Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong technical sales expertise and are passionate about helping global businesses adopt modern PLM solutions that streamline product development, engineering workflows, and lifecycle operations.
This is a key strategic position and plays a central role in building Four Colors Technology’s presence in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities
As a PLM Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
Market Research & Lead Generation
Conduct comprehensive research on the Canadian technology and manufacturing landscape.
Identify potential clients, key stakeholders, and high-value business opportunities.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Business Development
Actively pursue new clients across relevant industries such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and engineering.
Develop long-term relationships with prospective customers through professional engagement and consistent follow-ups.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote PLM software and related digital solutions.
Deliver tailored pitches that align with customer requirements and industry-specific challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations that clearly highlight the value, ROI, and competitive advantages of PLM solutions.
Client Engagement & Deal Closure
Understand customer pain points and recommend customized PLM solutions.
Lead contract negotiations with prospective customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with internal solution architects and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Proven track record in technology sales, preferably within the digital transformation or PLM domain.
Solid understanding or familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, platforms, and industry practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
Strong negotiation abilities and experience meeting or surpassing aggressive sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market, adapting to rapid industry changes.
