Regarding the position

You will join the packing Line Craft team as an Electrical Production Engineer, contributing your technical know-how to assist guarantee dependable, safe, and effective operations on high-speed packing lines. In addition to performing planned and reactive maintenance and supporting asset care, you will also push for improvements in line performance, safety, quality, and delivery.

You will also teach your coworkers autonomous maintenance and troubleshooting techniques while collaborating directly with operators and team leaders. In addition to participating in tier meetings, improvement initiatives, and shift handovers, your proactive attitude to problem-solving will be crucial. Safety is first, and you will follow safe work practices to the letter, making sure that electrical and lockout/tagout requirements are always fulfilled.

What you’re going to bring

We are seeking a self-driven, seasoned electrical engineer that enjoys working in a team and feels comfortable in a high-pressure, high-performance production situation. Working with SAP and maintenance systems will come naturally to you, and you’ll approach problem-solving and process improvement methodically.

It is necessary to have a recognized electrical engineering apprenticeship or HNC (or similar). Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or high-speed manufacturing is ideal, as is knowledge of asset management systems and quality/safety regulations. A background with many skills or a will to advance is advantageous.
