The Role: New Business Account Executive
The New Business Account Executive will be responsible for driving outbound sales and acquiring new customers—from mid-market to enterprise-level organizations. The role is a unique mix of strategic selling, relationship management, and business development.
The successful candidate will:
Achieve and exceed revenue targets through new account acquisitions.
Manage 3–9 month complex SaaS sales cycles.
Prospect independently while also receiving qualified leads from a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Conduct compelling product demos, presentations, and negotiations with senior management and C-level executives.
Develop strategic account plans and collaborate with internal teams—including Product, Support, and Leadership—to deliver tailored client solutions.
Maintain accurate forecasts and reports to ensure data-driven sales strategies.
This role demands a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to understand and challenge client assumptions, uncovering multiple “land and expand” use cases that demonstrate Document360’s value.
Candidate Requirements
Kovai.co is looking for a professional with:
2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally managing complex deal cycles and closing new business.
A proven record of consistent revenue attainment.
Experience in consultative and solution-based sales.
Strong negotiation skills with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and C-level executives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and confidence in leading web-based demos.
A collaborative approach, working effectively across departments to solve client challenges.
Availability to work 2–3 days per week from the London Bridge office.
While experience in the knowledge base industry is not required, understanding the market potential and the ability to position Document360 strategically will be key to success.
