Maths Tutor and Content Creator: PI Academy is looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join their team as Maths Tutors and Content Creators. This is a remote position with the hiring office located in London. The role offers an annual salary ranging from INR 4,00,000 to INR 8,00,000 and is ideal for candidates with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for teaching.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct online tutoring in Mathematics and Reasoning for students aged 8 to 16 years in the UK.
Prepare lessons, lecture notes, homework, and monthly assessments efficiently.
Develop and review Mathematics and Reasoning content for the academy’s website.
Design electronic teaching materials and ensure engaging online lessons.
Adapt teaching strategies for different learners and motivate unenthusiastic students.
Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain clear communication with parents.
Review and manage work of other team members to ensure efficiency.
Manage, schedule, and plan projects that contribute to the company’s growth.
Be flexible with working hours and adapt to varying work situations.
Desired Candidate Profile
10th and 12th grade scores above 90% (mandatory).
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Maths, or Physics.
Backlogs and CGPA are not a limitation if the candidate successfully clears the three interview rounds.
2+ years of teaching experience is preferred. Online teaching experience is a plus.
Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
Must be punctual, diligent, have good managerial skills, and work well with a remote team.
Interview Process
Round 1: Introduction and Teaching Video Demo
Round 2: Aptitude Test and Personal Interview
Training: Selected candidates will undergo a two-week unpaid training to understand the UK curriculum, education system, and culture.

Work Timings: Friday to Wednesday (Thursday Off), 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM UK Time
Must have 2 high-speed internet connections, a high-end laptop with updated software, power backup, and a digital pen tablet.
The selected candidate will be under a 2-year bond.
Skills and Requirements
Strong online tutoring, IGCSE, IB, Mathematics, and Reasoning skills.
Capable of developing educational content and adapting to the UK Curriculum.
Must be willing to actively participate in team meetings and share the screen during work hours.
