Your Responsibilities
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you may be required to:
Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons
Work with small groups or individual students
Assist with learning activities across various subjects
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Provide encouragement, guidance, and behaviour support
Contribute to the overall learning and welfare of pupils
What You Need
Right to Work in the UK
A Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above) or relevant school-based experience
An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service
If you do not have one, you must be willing to apply for a new DBS
A passion for supporting primary-aged children
Reliability, good communication skills, and a positive attitude
