The role also involves developing and reviewing care plans, overseeing medication management, supporting individuals with financial tasks, and ensuring the service operates effectively during periods when the Manager is absent.

Team Leaders continue to work alongside individuals on a daily basis, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs. The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in a similar leadership role within health and social care. A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is essential, along with proven experience in medication management and staff delegation.
