Screening Analyst – Work From Home (Permanent Remote)
Screening Analyst: Persimon Services is hiring Screening Analysts / Customer Service Associates to join our fast-growing global operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in customer service or background verification processes. As a Screening Analyst, you will support clients by conducting background verification checks, engaging in customer support tasks, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with international standards. You will work closely with UK and US-based customers, making this an excellent opportunity to gain global exposure.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Customer Service & Operations team, you will:
Conduct background verification checks and screening activities as per company guidelines.
Review, verify, and validate candidate information and documents with accuracy.
Communicate with domestic and international clients through email and phone.
Create, update, and maintain detailed reports using MS Office tools.
Investigate discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Work in coordination with internal teams to meet daily and weekly targets.
Manage time efficiently to handle high-volume tasks during peak workload.
Eligibility Criteria
This role is open to:
Fresh Graduates (any stream)
Candidates with 0–1 year of customer service experience
Candidates with experience dealing with UK or US customers (preferred, not mandatory)
Technical Requirements
To qualify for this remote role, applicants must have:
A personal laptop with an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent)
Stable broadband internet suitable for video calls and remote work
Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to work night shifts (US shifts)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good typing speed and attention to detail
