What the Job Actually Involves
You will be responsible for refinishing vehicles to a consistently high standard. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Prep Work: Sanding, masking, priming panels, and ensuring a clean, perfect surface readiness.

Colour Matching: Mixing paint accurately (using high-quality systems like Spies Hecker, Sikkens, etc.).

Spraying: Applying primer, base, and clear coats with HVLP guns.

Finishing: Polishing and finishing until the result is perfect—no shortcuts allowed.

Handling minor repairs like scratches, chips, and scuffs as needed.

Maintaining a tidy and safe workspace.

Collaborating with the rest of the team (panel beaters, estimators) to maintain flow.
