Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, maintain financial records, and provide accurate insights to clients. This remote role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records, including transactions, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Communicate regularly with clients via email and phone to answer queries, discuss reports, and provide support.

Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, or similar platforms.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Collaborate with senior accountants to address client queries effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements

1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
