Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering Phone Calls
Handle incoming calls professionally, assist callers with information, direct calls to appropriate departments, or address general inquiries.Issuing Locker Room Keys
Manage the distribution and collection of locker room keys for teams, guests, and event participants.Providing Customer Assistance
Greet visitors, provide directions within the arena, and offer excellent customer service.Supporting Arena Operations
Assist arena staff with basic front office duties during nights and weekends to ensure smooth and organized events.Maintaining Professionalism
Represent the arena with a friendly attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
