We are currently seeking a Machine Operator / General Laborer at our Napoleon, OH facility to assist in the production of foundry cores, luting paste, and packaging for railroad maintenance supplies. This role provides ample opportunities for advancement and career growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various production and packaging machines.

• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, twisting, or squatting as required.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Track production numbers on hourly boards and follow standard operating procedures.

• Focus on attention to detail and quality assurance in all tasks.

• Assist with training or be open to learning new tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

• Dependable transportation to and from the job site.

• Ability to wear an N95 mask and/or respirator after passing a fit test.

• Basic problem-solving skills.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols.

• Prior manufacturing or forklift experience is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to be trained and train others when needed.
