Description of the Position: Bank Senior Java Engineer
In an agile lifecycle, the Agile Software Developer will carry out the whole creation and testing of software products. Before assisting with the product’s production, the agile developer will collaborate with important technical and business stakeholders to help refine the product vision, estimate, design, and construct a solution.
As you engage with the team, you will be expected to set an example, improve core engineering, reduce technical debt, and increase the team’s capacity to meet business needs. This is a practical role that requires a lot of problem-solving and coding.
Needed
Java: extensive knowledge of both contemporary cloud and microservice platforms and massive corporate monolithic apps
Tomcat, Maven, Gradle, JSP, Dropwizard, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Jetty, Junit, and Mockito
Database
TSQL, RDS, and Microsoft SQL Server/Service Broker
Experience with both functional and nonfunctional testing, as well as the capacity to develop and manage intricate automated testing suites for both contemporary and older applications
DevOps capabilities
- Cloud, automation, security, configuration management, containers, and CI/CD
- Jenkins (declarative and containerized pipelines), GIT, and Continuous Integration
- familiarity with Agile techniques and procedures

Where
The position has a hybrid/flexible schedule, meaning that three or more days a week must be spent in the office, with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.
